Summary
We manufacture in our factory in Sussex a wide
range of the following
Structural timbers
– Glulaminated beams and turned columns from Oak, Sweet Chestnut,
Douglas Fir, Larch, Corsican Pine or continental whitewood and tropical
hardwoods

Feature Trusses
- These can be supplied in any of the above timber species
Joinery –
Glulaminated handrails, window blanks, worktops, doors and furniture
using Oak, Sweet Chestnut, Ash or Larch.

Cladding - Fingerjointed
vertical or horizontal cladding boards (maximum 12metres long) made
from Sweet Chestnut, Larch or Douglas Fir and random length English
Western Red Cedar to customers profile requirements. All species
can be coated in a variety of oils, stains and paints. Inwood have
developed a method by which cladding can be preweathered.
Decking - Fingerjointed
Oak or Sweet Chestnut boards (maximum length 12 metres) to customers
profile. A variety of oils and stains can be applied.
Inwood take the greatest care in sourcing their
timber which is mainly home grown and thus supports the British
economy. All timber comes from woodland which is sustainably managed.
Timber certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council can be supplied
