Option 1
With Sweet Chestnut Cladding

This is our classic option with a full timber cladding finish. We specialise in manufacturing our own chestnut cladding which is virtually defect free and comes from sustainable sources. You have the option to add a variety of coating finishes to help in the long term paintenance of the cladding or to enhance its appearance with coloured stain etc.

Option 2

With Cement Board

This is our most popular product and the one that lends itself to the least maintenance. The full kit including frame, all windows and roof coverings comes with the external renderboard cladding. This gives a painted finish that is much lower maintenance than timber cladding and gives a more modern and permanent looking finish to your garden room that is often a more fitting look in a modern urban environment.

Option 3

Frame Only

This is the perfect choice for the avid DIY enthusiast or even professional builder. This package gives all the benefits of our custom engineered frame and pre-cut insulated panels to give the structural integrity our buildings are known for. We will also provide the custom roofing kit and guttering. The customer will then have the choice of adding their own external cladding choices, doors, & windows to suit their needs.
