What’s Unique About Our Insulated Garden Rooms?

  • All our garden rooms are born from our long heritage in structural grade engineered hardwoods and glulam beams. Read through this and see why we are an exceptional value offering.

  • Floors, ceilings and walls are fully insulated. As standard, we use at least 70mm of high- quality insulation in the walls, floors and ceilings; so, you will be comfortable all year round. Using only the highest quality products in our manufacturing process is how we stand out in the market.

  • With fully CNC engineered frames, we remove all the cutting risk from the site assembly. The entire structure can be assembled with minimal experience and without the need for specialist tools.

  • Our In-Lam Insulated Garden Rooms come with a solid engineered hardwood frame as standard. We use high quality locally sourced kiln dried Sweet Chestnut in the standard range of buildings; however, we can accommodate alternative timber species should you wish.

  • Our precision design and engineering process means that the individual design details of your In-Lam Insulated Garden Room can be tailored to suit your needs – giving you the perfect semi or fully bespoke building.

  • We don’t value-engineer our buildings. We use components that we feel are the best for longevity and solid unwavering construction.We want your In-Lam Insulated Garden Room to be part of the family home for decades to come.

Option 1
With Sweet Chestnut Cladding

This is our classic option with a full timber cladding finish. We specialise in manufacturing our own chestnut cladding which is virtually defect free and comes from sustainable sources. You have the option to add a variety of coating finishes to help in the long term paintenance of the cladding or to enhance its appearance with coloured stain etc.

Option 2

With Cement Board

This is our most popular product and the one that lends itself to the least maintenance. The full kit including frame, all windows and roof coverings comes with the external renderboard cladding. This gives a painted finish that is much lower maintenance than timber cladding and gives a more modern and permanent looking finish to your garden room that is often a more fitting look in a modern urban environment.
