Building Specifications

Our pre-assembled building base is CNC processed from treated softwood timber. The base panel is supplied as a number of separate sub-panels to assist in transport and levelling on site. Bases include 80mm PIR Insulation and 22mm Chipboard Flooring, supplied in packs for fitting on site. We also supply a vapour membrane for above the base insulation, and DPM strips as base protection at the point of contact to the slab or groundworks for ultimate protection from water ingress.
Our in-house manufactured Glulam beams are supplied fully CNC processed which allows for quick and easy site assembly. We provide fully labelled and detailed exploded drawings, and every item is numbered to assist erection sequencing.

Our precision CNC process means that all components can be trusted to fit perfectly straight out of the box and you will not need to make any cuts or amendments. Our fully structurally rated buildings will go up in a flash.

We use SIPS panels for infilling the walls and roof. These are supplied fully CNC processed for fast site assembly. Each numbered panel has its own place, where it will simply slot in and be secured to the frame with the fixings provided.

This is the perfect choice for the avid DIY enthusiast or even professional builder.This package gives all the benefits of our custom engineered frame and pre-cut insulated panels to give the structural integrity our buildings are known for. We will also provide the custom roofing kit and guttering. The customer will then have the choice of adding their own external cladding choices, doors, windows to suit their needs.
